Beatrice had lost her wand. She just didn't find in no where anymore. She needed now new wand. She walked into the Ollivander's Wand shop. "Hello," she said and smiled. She looked round the shop and then walked towards the counter. "I need new wand," she said to Ollivander with smike.

Rowena was absently ran her fingers along the underside of the front counter, letting her fingers graze along the blemishes in the wood. Unlike the top side, which had been sanded down magically, no one had bothered with the bottom and it was always interesting to her to feel the discrepancies, the marks that made the wood imperfect. An as all her customers were currently browsing and weren't in need of her assistance she let her mind wander to very random places.

In the midst of thinking about a muggle man wielding an ax she found her conscious being pulled in another direction. Rowena's back straightened as she realized a young girl was standing before her and smiled back warmly, "Hello, welcome to Ollivanders. If you would be so kind as to fill out this form.." she trailed off as she lifted a piece of parchment off the pile to the girl's left before placing it before her.
