Personality

Gavin is not what most would consider a friendly person. He'll talk if spoken to and he can easily hold a conversation, but he won't act enthused about it. He has a dry sense of humor and he can also be a bit judgmental. He holds himself in high regard, is brutally honest, and doesn't believe in friends. He cares about only himself and his family, though he can be extremely protective and loyal. He's also a workaholic.

QUIRKS:
Fidgeting: He runs his hands through his hair when he's thinking or bored. When he's nervous, he bounces his leg up and down.
Exercising: When he's upset or angry, he works out in order to burn steam on something worth while other than biting people's heads off.
Competitive: No matter what the situation, he always finds a way to come out on top, no matter what the price. He can make even the simplest of tasks into some sort of competition.

LIKES:
Being fit: He likes feeling healthy and in shape.
Cooking: Although he'll never admit to it, he rather enjoys the activity and is surprisingly good at it.

History

His parents, Bart and Ella Stevenson, decided to get married straight after graduating from Salem. Their rush for children was quick, and they soon had Jacob, the first of many. A couple of years later, Elijah came along. As every family usually does, they wished with all of their hearts for a bouncing baby girl, but were thrilled with the boys they did have. They didn't give up on their wish, but in the process had Henry, Finn, and then Gavin. They didn't stop after him either, having another boy named Cole before finally being blessed with the youngest of the Stevenson's, Ivia. Gavin was close to all of his family members, though he was always particularly protective of Ivy because she was the youngest and his only sister.

As Gavin grew in such a large family, he learned early on what it meant to be independent. His father quickly taught him the values of a wealthy pureblood family. Working hard, attaining a good job, excelling in school while still participating in various school activities, being well liked. Gavin worked his ass off to please his father, his mother, and to just make his family proud. With many brothers before him, he had large footsteps to follow and he planned on doing all he could to do just that. He wasn't exactly into the academic portion of school but tried when he had to. He was a womanizer and had many different girlfriends, but none never lasted very long. He kept an eye on Ivy through most of their school years, because he was the one responsible for cleaning up whatever mess it was she decided to make. He hated it, but because he loved her he did it.

After graduating high school, he decided to further his dreams by getting into the work-force straight away. He applied to one of the shops in Hogsmeade, though he didn't last for very long. A string of jobs followed as he tried to find where his heart really laid. During these years, the same one Ivy graduated, his brother Finn died in a muggle car accident. Being close to all of his siblings, he fell apart but in his own way. Never in front of his family, or in front of anyone, because he wasn't the type to show his weakness. He stayed strong for them, had to stay strong for Ivy particularly. She was a mess, and ever since that day he's kept an even closer eye on her. She was never the same after the accident. When she fled to England with her friends he couldn't help but follow in order to keep an eye on her. After all, he needed a change of scenery. Maybe he'd even find a new job that could hold his interest?
