She prefers dark colours, mostly blacks and reds, and her outfits sometimes ten to be a little too revealing, but she doesn't really care, and she doesn't do that to get some attention.
She can be seen wearing dresses, on special occasions, that remind you of the Victorian era, and sometimes are confused with the Gothic style. But Victoria just likes the designs, and finds them, surprisingly, comfortable.
She doesn't have an extremely expensive taste in clothes, but she does have a very expensive one in jewellery. She loves necklaces and charms, and is drawn to weird looking rings, that make her look like some sort of old witch. She is not really fond of any expensive or big earrings. Personality Victoria is a misunderstood girl. With not having met her parents, she grew up with her uncle and aunt, and never really learned what happened to her father. That made her become closed to herself, and not trust anything. Especially, her family. There had always been some darkness in the family, so it was natural for her to be affected by it. Though, instead of freaking out and be worried about it, Tori embraced that darkness long ago, and that's when she understood that she felt powerful. She was strong, and was born to achieve many things, and that was obvious at how her family was treating her. She was always mouthy, not caring for people's feelings. Her bad temper, made her extremely dangerous, when angry. She was fire herself, sometimes. But at the same time, her slyness and cunningness made her so much more dangerous. Along with her intelligence and love for books, Tori learned many things that could equal to a quick death, either that was a spell, or a potion, or even a herb. Last but not least, Tori had developed a good way of persuading people, without even trying too hard. She was always a little troublemaker, but somehow, she always managed to put the blame on someone else, and never get caught. When she was younger, she didn't understand how she did that, but as she grew up, she started thinking that maybe it was because of her looks. FAMILY: Grace Lenore Ravenwood ~ Aunt
Horace Xavier Ravenwood ~ Uncle PETS: A Raven, called Sorrow WAND: Ivy, Veela hair Core, 10 inches, slightly flexible History Victoria was always a difficult child. Her mother died, giving birth to her, and her father couldn't live with the loss. He left, and never returned, so Victoria grew up with the rest of the family. Her Aunt and Uncle were her parents, and they loved her as if she were their own daughter.
She never learned what happened to her father, but she didn't really care. The fact that he left her was enough to make him weak, and useless to her. And Victoria liked power. But sometimes, she did find herself missing both her real parents. After all, she never really met any of them.
Her Aunt taught her all about being a Lady, and her Uncle all about books, so she grew up to be a very intelligent and witty girl, with a love for a good book once in a while. But Darkness was among the family, and Victoria was no exception. A part of them was dark, and even though most of them tried to fight it, Victoria embraced it. Of course, she kept it at bay, using it only when it was needed. She was a very lovely girl, and kind to people, as long as they were kind to her.
When her Hogwarts letter arrived, she was thrilled. Being a witch wasn't something she didn't know, but meeting other children like her was exciting on its own.
It didn't take her long to acclimatise with the place, and she soon knew her way around. What scared her the most were the Ghosts, that usually popped out of nowhere. Some of them really freaked her out, but she tried to get used to them, even though she still was afraid.
Acceptance Letter Response Victoria was utterly bored, and she wasn't even aware of why. There was a family gathering downstairs, but Victoria wasn't really interested in it. There was nothing fun in those gatherings. You were wearing your best dress, looking very beautiful, and your family had to 'approve' of you. They kissed your forehead and muttered things, as if they were talking to themselves.
But Victoria didn't need to be approved. She had embraced the darkness around her a long time ago, so she had passed that test ling before they even had the chance to 'approve' of her. Though, her cousins, and the people to come, would have to go through that 'Family Ritual', so that they would officially be a part of this family. It didn't matter whether you wanted it or not. You had no choice, but to pass this test.
Her Raven, Sorrow, was staring out her window, being silent as always, but Tori could sense something different. The bird was tensed, and that meant something was very, very wrong. "Sorrow?" But the bird's eyes were dark, staring at what was coming their way.
Victoria pushed herself up and off of the bed, when there was a loud crushing noise, ans she saw something come in her room through the window. Sorrow made no move, which made Tori wonder. Whenever the bird sensed anything dangerous, or that Victoria was threatened, it always attacked.
Soon enough, the rest of the family burst into the room, staring at the mess, along with Tori. "I didn't do it!" the girl said in defence. Her aunt smiled and came to hug her, and the little girl looked at the rest of the family who was also smiling and nodding approvingly. The thing moved, and that's when Tori saw it was an owl. She went closer to the bird and saw there was a letter in its beak. Softly, she took it out of it, and opened the letter, the rest of the family waiting in anticipation. "I am accepted..." Then, she immediately yelped, feeling the blood tickle down her finger, along with a sharp pain. The girl glared at the bird and muttered, "Bloodt owl."
