Patronus Lottery!!

As we all know, not everyone is capable of being able to preform a patronus and some can't even get more then a burst of light. So like the HP universe, not all of you will be able to either. An since my choosing wouldn't make it random at all we've decided to change how individuals are chosen.

We are using a lottery system. You will copy the code below and paste it into the thread and you will be given a 'lottery ticket' and biweekly or monthly, depending on how many people join we will have a drawing.

Each character will get 3 free tickets and every ticket after that will cost you 100 galleons a piece.

Now, keep in mind that obviously anyone below year 6 will have issues casting this charm. So that is a hint to all you younger students to wait until you are of a proper age before applying in this thread.
