Summer break is underway and students are out and about in the world waiting for another year to begin. Hogwarts is currently closed with professors planning lessons and getting everything ready. With students out in the streets, does that make them safer or not? It seems as though something is out brewing on the horizon. Something that no one is quite ready for.

Hogwarts is currently closed for Summer Break.
With the summer heat students are escaping outdoors
and getting together with friends. Enjoying
spending time without the pressure of school riding over their heads.
Caroline is a very bubbly and bright person on the surface, a persona she inadvertently hides behind so people can't figure out that she has deep seated insecurities. Except when it comes to work, given that the field is normally considered a 'man's job' she is a little more distant at times so as to not give anyone the wrong impression of how she got to where she was. When they do she just uses it to her advantage and to prove that no one should underestimate her.

With the battle that happened previously they would have been comrades and like I don't know maybe they had a third friend or something who died and so anything involving said friend would always be a tough subject for them and to be honest I forgot where I wanted to go with this.

That sounds like a good idea! It would be natural that they would grow close during the battle since we had to watch each others back and a third friend of their trio dying would be a sore subject to swallow. Maybe they're partners?

It feels like forever since all that happened. So how about we just post and see where things go? We can just let things unfold naturally in whatever direction it may fall unless you have a idea of something new? I'm up for anything and the pair are bound to run into each.

That sounds perfect to me! The partner thing would work seamlessly too since Caroline was Adeline's mentor and now they would be a team like Obi Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker. Except without the whole padawan going evil thing (then again Adeline is part of the Order and DE so who knows). Did you have any possible thread ideas?

Other then the job scenario then can start things on a lunch break or researcher a new criminal? Training, self defense class, etc. I'm not really sure lol. Anything can work though. Does any of those jump out to you as interesting?

So before the revamp, Blake and Caroline had been friends, and I would totally be all for them being friends now too! Of course she is not her mentor anymore lol, but that's okay, they still work in proximity and likely bump into one another from time to time. So friendsies again?

Yes, friends again. Caroline can always do with more friends. The only thing I'm wondering about is whether or not Blake is aware of the tension and problems between Astrid and Caroline? I can't remember if she had confided in Blake about it.
Now as for posting, did you have anything in mind?

I was not aware! Enlighten me? lol Because I am painfully oblivious sometimes. However, Blake is one of those people that is like... she doesn't play guilty by associations, so she wouldn't stop hanging out with either woman simply based on their friction, nor would she take sides. So they can totally still hang out regardless!
