Summer break is underway and students are out and about in the world waiting for another year to begin. Hogwarts is currently closed with professors planning lessons and getting everything ready. With students out in the streets, does that make them safer or not? It seems as though something is out brewing on the horizon. Something that no one is quite ready for.

Intelligent. Witty. Vicious... Astrid Lancaster here is a complex old thing. If determination had a face it would be hers. Astrid has a good head on her shoulders and words that seem to ignite fire in all that hear them, she draws many to her, both with her looks and her manner but she keeps only those she deems useful. She's not one to be ruled by her heart, much too methodical and rational for such an act, but she is passionate however, though her passion is reserved to few things. She alive with ideas, brimming with excellence, and though her particular proclivity lies in Transfiguration, she's an excellent wandswoman all round.
She loves to teach, loves children and has a generous heart, but you'd be wise to tread carefully, she's not all she seems.

Ezra here, is one of the good guys. This he tells himself on a daily basis. He's got a heart of gold and puts his everything into what he does. On the social scale he's very lacking though, having pulled back from people after he was turned into a vampire. He struggles with the notion of befriending what his body now determines as food, and so sometimes he can come across as brash and rude, without really intending too. He's got fairly good control, all things considered, but when he's not fed for a while, steer clear, cranky just isn't the word for it!

Eyyyyyyyyyyy sooooo they now work together, and like we had discussed them before the revamp, they were friends, and I suspect that they have grown closer in the five years that have passed? Or if you kept her age, then they could have gone to school together or something and have been childhood friends? I dunno lol, but they are friends regardless.

Anndddddddd obvi they are friends, because few women intrigue Blake quite like she does. I am still all for them having had a fling or two in the past if you are, otherwise they can be like flirty friends? Friends nevertheless though!

So I've aged Astrid so she's now thirty haha, so yes I can see them DEFINITELY having grown closer over the years. I can see Astrid having completely opened up about her past with Brook, and they're each other's confidants! <3

Yes definitely! Obviously, they're both Guardians, so maximum plottage time! I can see Astrid trying to be all high and mighty, and just trying to act all intelligent and greater than thou, and Blake just shoots her down like... shut up, I've done you, andI could probably do you again, okay. >.< Friends that totally rag on each other all the time, but ultimately love each other

I figure Brooklyn would have confided in her as well about her past and her adoptions and yessss confidants because amazingness! I have no doubt I will love them a bunch cause ugh! Yess!

Soooooo yes! Guardian ladies for the win cause they be the only ones hahahah! But I totally agree! Blake would totally do that hahahah because lets be real XD That doesn't fit her necessarily. Plus she doesn't want her to lose herself XD I adore the idea of them being friends that do that and love one another, because Blake could always do with more than one friend where she happens to actually care for them more than just knowing them lol
