Lexi wasn't entirely certain how it had happened. All she knew was the next morning after a night of debauchery did she find her wand broken. It irritated her to no end. If she were an anime character, she would have one of those hashtag looking marks by her head as she walked to Ollivander's. She had been well enough the past six years after getting her first wand, now she was getting a new one. Maybe it was time for a change. However, the blonde couldn't help but continuously wonder how her wand had managed to break into three pieces. Like, the hell did she do last night?

Whatever. She strode through with ease as she found the shop. Heading in, she groaned at the people who were a head of her. She was in no mood to be patient. Although to be fair that was a waning virtue with the blonde. Still, she managed it somehow before walking up to the counter. "I need a new wand," she expressed with an expectant look.

Rowena was getting no breaks as more and more people got in line to be helped to a new wand. It was days like this that she really got into her job and absolutely no one could get rid of the bright smile that had been permanently set across her mouth whenever she helped a new witch or wizard. Finally she reached the end, a blonde girl with an expectant look on her face. "Of course, let's see what we can find you!" she tried to keep her excitement at bay, really she did, but it was no use. She had bundles of energy just itching to get out. "I'm Rowena, by the way and you are..." she paused, glancing down at the parchment as she knew the girl had probably been a customer of her father's. "Ms. Sinclair. Oh, I helped your older sister only a week or so ago," she found herself telling the girl.

"Anyways," she shook her head with a small laugh, "Let's take a look at you..." she trailed off once more as she took to studying the girl across from her before glancing back down at her parchment. After only a few moments and a couple of mental calculations she thought of two wands that could possibly work for the girl. "I'll be right back, Ms. Sinclair," she slipped from behind the counter and moved about the shop graceful. In there she was in her element. As she moved through the store, she grabbed the two wand boxes in question and placed them down softly before Alexandra. "One of these should hopefully work for you, go ahead and give them a try," she offered as she slid them closer to her person.

Lexi was expectant. She wanted what she wanted, and she wanted it now. It was a wonder she managed to wait through all the people, yet it happened. Somehow. Still, when she finally got to the counter, she hadn't necessarily expected the woman to be so... chipper. Was she always like this? It was off putting and none too attractive, but whatever. No introduction was needed as she looked at the parchment she handed over. "I'm not surprised," she expressed candidly as Rowena pointed out that she had helped out her sister some time ago. It wasn't like Jacque broke her wand all the time, she just sort of expected it with the shit she did. But it was what it was.

As the brunette sauntered off, the blonde took to looking around for a moment. It smell dusty and old and the sooner she got out of there, the better. When she finally returned, she looked at the two boxes before grabbing one. "Don't mind if I do," her voice light if not slightly condescending as she picked up the wand from the box. She weighed it before taking a moment to cast a proper spell before doing the same with the other, decided she liked the second one better. "This one," she mused firmly as she pushed the wand in the box to the woman for her to wrap it up.

I'm not surprised. Rowena decided to take that as people naturally came to Ollivanders for their wand needs and that only make her smile remain permanently on her lips during Alexandra's visit. Unless they went to Bourgeois', but as far as she was aware the owner had went on vacation as the shop had been closed for a number of weeks.

When Rowena placed the wand boxes on the counter and offered them up to the girl she moved to sit down and watch expectantly. This was always her favorite part of a person's visit, watching them find the right wand. They couldn't always see it, but there was a certain glow about them for just a milisecond. An she didn't like missing that. Nothing interesting really happened when either wand was used, as the girl kept things very simple, but she caught the glow as the second wand was used. "I would have to agree with you Ms. Sinclair, let me get that all wrapped up for you," she murmured even as the girl pushed it over to her. Most customers tended to prefer holding it on to themselves and were a little iffy on her taking it back, but she only faltered for a second. "Here you are, your wand information is on this piece of parchment here if you ever need to reference it. Other then that was there anything else I could help you with?"

Lexi said what she said an moved on. The woman was free to take her remark however she wanted. Not like she was really there to placate to her whims anyhow, so she went on with it. Testing the wands was procedural. Simple. The magic that flowed between her and the first one was haltered. The second was more natural and meant to be. So she took it. Yes, most people were iffy on giving their wands back over but she didn't immediately need it, so she just pushed it back. Mostly because she knew procedure that the woman wrapped the wands up. With a nod, she took the box and shook her head. "This is all." Leaving the amount due and box in hand, she left.
