Clara walked towards the wand shop. She needed new wand since her last one... she is not sure what happened with it but she found it today morning broken on her room floor. She knows she didn't broke it for sure but who did it she still doesn't know. So she needed new one now. "Hello," she said when she stepped into the Ollivander's Wand Shop. She looked little bit around and then she took the application form for new wand and began to write things down.

After she was done it she gave it to shop owner, so she could give her wand what suits for her.

Rowena hummed softly to herself as she started going through some of the older wand receipts. It was something she had been meaning to keep better track of, but she had let it pile up and now she would have to take a day just to sort through the mess. She groaned, pressing a fingertip against her temple as she could feel a headache coming on. That was what she hated most about her job, the paperwork that came with it. If all it was was wand making and choosing she would be the happiest witch in the world.

She grabbed a few slips to go through when the chime on the door went off. Rowena instantly returned the slips to it's proper place before smiling brightly. "Hello, welcome to Ollivanders! I am Rowena, and you are?" she asked exuberantly. It was just what she needed, a new customer to distract her.

As the girl started filling out the slip Rowena required she took a moment to study the girl, taking note of her stature and the length of her arm as she tried to judge a good wand length. Rowena's mind was buzzing with information by the time Clara was done filling out the piece of parchment. "Very good, let's see here..." she murmured as she picked up the paper and started scanning it.

"I have just the thing!" she exclaimed excitedly before hopping off her chair, slipping on her flats and dashing toward the back of the shop. It was then that she remembered herself and the manners her mother had instilled in her. "I'll be just a moment," she quickly turned to smile at the girl before disappearing.

After a loud crash and a puff of smoke Rowena returned, a wand box in one hand as her other brushed off the soot the cloud of dust had created. "I really need to dust the back a bit more," she laughed softly to herself before setting the box on the counter. "Here you are, why don't you give it a twirl?" Rowena's eyes lit up in excitement as she removed the lid and plopped herself gently on her chair.

Clara looked at the Rowena and just nooded towards here. She didn't need to say that she understood her, also she will wait here for her. She just needs that new wand for her before school year starts again.

Soon shop owner came back wand and said that she should dust there back little bit more. "You should," she said to her. She then nodded and picked up that wand. She looked at it. She wasn't sure if it really was for her. She twriled it and smiled. It was her wand she was sure but she had no idea what Rowena will think.

At the girl's almost rude sounding response Rowena's brow quirked up, but she reframed from answering as the girl would only be in her shop for a short while. Instead she took a seat behind the counter and waited as the girl picked up the wand. She watched Clara Bolt pick up up, examining it briefly before finally giving it the twirl she had recommended. A soft glow erupted and the girl had instantly smiled.

As far as Rowena was concerned the wand worked well for her. The connection was rather obvious and she nodded her head absently. "That seems to be just the wand for you," she murmured with a smile before grabbing a piece of parchment and a nearby quill. She started scribbling the wand information as well as the cost that would be extracted from her vault.

"Ok, Ms. Bolt. Here is all the information you need to know about your wand and five galleons will be extracted directly from your vault by tomorrow," she explained as she began to closed the box and did a quick charm to stick the parchment to the front of the box. "Was there anything else I could do for you?" she asked curiously.

When even Rowena Ollivander said that wand suits for her then she was sure that is her new wand what she needs. She waited there quietly a while Rowena write down on the parchment her wand information and cost. She just didn't know what to say now or just wasn't sure what would be good idea to say.

Hufflepuff listened what was told to her. "Oh okay," was only thing what she could say at first. She looked around the shop with her eyes for some seconds. "No, I don't need anything else," she said then with smile to her.
