Summer break is underway and students are out and about in the world waiting for another year to begin. Hogwarts is currently closed with professors planning lessons and getting everything ready. With students out in the streets, does that make them safer or not? It seems as though something is out brewing on the horizon. Something that no one is quite ready for.

Due to how very long the process of choosing Quidditch players is turning out we have decided just allow you to demonstrate your skill in a one shot roleplay and if we have more candidates than we have slots to fill we will put it to a site vote. As we did with the Quidditch Captains.

Here is a good example application:
Name: Cheslyne Foxx Age: 17 Which House: Gryffindor Why do you deserve to be Captain? Why do you deserve the position?: I want to be the Gryffindor Quidditch Captain because I’ve planned to be to get the position since I could remember. I help taught some of the younger students how to fly and play Quidditch. I was also co-captain last year, also known as my sixth year. I would teach my team what I’ve learned throughout the years and add their skills and what they've learned into our strategies. Position wanted within the team?: Chaser/Captain RP Sample: Cheslyne had grabbed her broom and made her way to the Quidditch pitch before her teams practice. Stretch, jog, then test her speed which then would lead her to practice any play or two depending on time. She was trying to remember the Rowntree Counter she had learned that summer. The three chasers would dive and out of the back of their brooms flew orange, white, and blue confetti, signifying and referencing the Red Arrows, a famous English flying squad. They would knock two opposing players off their brooms and while distracting the opponents Beaters, chaser one would passed the Quaffle to chaser two, who then fly around with it before passing it to Cheslyne . Cheslyne would then do a overhead kick into the hoop on the far left who would then do a silly victory dance on her broom. She decided to practice it with fake team-mates she transfigured with magic. After Ches completed the kick, she saw the Quaffle miss and cursed her bad luck.
Glancing down, she noticed that a few members of the team had already shown up for practice. “Can anyone tell me what play I just did?,” getting shakes of their heads she glowed inside. Good. Then no one will probably know the rest of the plays. Their first advantage. Sure almost all the plays the team knew were probably universal but Cheslyne had a few tricks up her sleeve. After being the co-captain of last years winning Quidditch team at school, Cheslyne knew what to do and what she shouldn’t. “So I know a bunch more plays from old strategies and seeing that none of you have never seen any of the Beauxbaton, Durmstrang or Salem teams then the following plays will be new to you and our secret weapons. If word of this gets out then the whole team suffers. Now start your laps!,” she commanded before making her way to the alternates. “Go join them. If you’re to play this year, you’ll have to know these and be on top shape.”

It already started early in the morning. People were excited to see Hufflepuff being eaten alive by Gryffindor. For a while now she tried to do everything in her power to beat them but it sometimes wasn’t enough. Hayley felt the bruises from the game with Ravenclaw and as scared as she was, the girl was not planning to give up. Her green eyes searched for her teammates as she walked around the dressing room.
A knock on the door gave the sign that the boys were ready to rumble. Hayley gave it another sigh as she grabbed her broom and walked out of the dressing room. This wasn’t a time for doubts, if she started to doubt now she will definitely be a factor of their loss. The girl got on her broom and flew up in the air. She came to a halt until she heard the rules and the whistle.
Like a bird Hayley started to chase after the Gryffindor kid without hesitation. She tried to reach out for the Quaffle but it got stole right in front of her by some guy she didn’t and needed to know. Hayley chased after him and stole the quaffle with a firm hit on his back.
Hayley wasn’t going to play nice anymore, it had gotten her into more trouble than she liked it to be. The girl threw the quaffle at her teammate and received a bludger in her stomach. She spun around on her broom and tried to land as softly as she could, but her back hit the sand pretty hard and all the air was kicked out of her lungs. “ no..” she coughed as she watched the others play above her.
